The first is to take a long soaking bubble bath by candlelight with soft music playing. I've got one of those bath tub pillows so I just rest my head on that, close my eyes, and enjoy the music. I also enjoy going to Barnes and Noble. I get a skinny Grande Latte in a mug (it just tastes better that way), grab one of the oversized chairs, and enjoy whatever book I'm currently reading.
